The 2022 Holiday Market at the NR Train Station will run from December 2nd to December 18th.
Aside from being an opportunity for the City to engage with the community about the various Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) projects, the focus of this event will be to provide opportunities for economic development and business opportunities to New Rochelle businesses and entrepreneurs.
This year’s Holiday Market will be bigger and better than the previous year, providing opportunities for approximately 45 vendors, an ice-skating rink, a fully decorated Train Station complex, and many performances and activations both inside and outside of the Train Station building.

There will be free admission, municipal parking, and valet assisted parking in the Library South Lot with free shuttle availability. We encourage you to bring chairs and blankets.

This Open Call for Proposals is one of the methods the LPC will be using to identify projects for inclusion in the Strategic Investment Plan. The submission of project proposals is open to the public, and proposals may include public or private projects.
